Organizational structure
The organizational structure of each Union Parishad is one and the same. Because the activities of the Union Parishad are conducted according to the same policy from the local government department. Union Parishad Chairman is the head of this structure. He is an elected representative. Together with him, 9 members of 9 wards and 3 reserved seats, a total of 13 representatives form the Union Council. Each Union Parishad has a Secretary and Accounts Assistant cum Computer Operator to assist in administrative and clerical activities.
There are 9 village policemen in 9 wards to assist the secretary. The structure of Union Parishad is the combined form of chairman, members, secretary and village police.
