How to get what service
Summary of service receipt

After receiving the application through the District Commissioner's office, it is sent to the Union Land Office with an entry in the relevant register. Union Land Assistant Officer investigates the land and verifies the records and sends the proposal/report to the Upazila Land Office. Proposals/reports received are scrutinized/examined by Kanungo/Surveyor of Upazila Land Office and sketch map is prepared. The Assistant Commissioner (Lands) examines the proposal/report and forwards it to the UNO with commentsThe Upazila Nirbahi Officer sent the document along with the opinion to the District Commissioner's office. Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) after surveying the land and submitting its opinion is sent to the Ministry of Lands for final approval. In some cases the approval of the Head of Government is required through the Ministry of Lands. Once approved, it is sent to the Upazila Land Office through the District Commissioner. The contract is executed when the applicant pays the levied salami and price to the government treasury.
